Foreign Travel and Immunisations
Practice nurses are happy to help you with medical aspects of overseas travel: documentation, immunisations, protection against malaria and medical advice. Although most immunisations are provided free of charge on the NHS there are some that will require payment before administration. Please check with the reception about charges when booking your appointment. To ensure full immunity & appointment availability It is recommended to make an appointment 6 – 8 weeks before your travel.
Flu Vaccinations
Each October, we begin our Flu campaign and invite patients who are over 65 and those with certain chronic conditions to attend for a vaccination.
